Installation

Installation of the Relay Unmanaged Package is a very straight forward process.

Configuration

After installing the Relay package for the first time, there are several areas that need to be configured. Relay recommends going through each of the configuration sections in the order listed below.

  1. Custom Metadata - Configure several default values, including setting your Relay Client ID, used by the Relay package.

  2. Named Credentials - In order for the Relay package to be able to communicate with the Relay platform, a Named Credentials configuration is required.

  3. Permission Sets - Two permission sets will be required to be setup.

  4. Connected App - In order to receive near real-time event updates from the Relay platform, a Connected App configuration is required.
