When choosing a vanity URL, think of a great word or combination of words that represents all products under your umbrella in which you intend to use Relay’s platform to build customers for life, and not just your immediate use case. We also recommend keeping it short, since this contributes to the character count in the SMS message. Any SMS messages that go over 160 characters could result in multiple messages being sent to the customer or patient.
