    • The DE must be marked as Sendable.

    • The customers receiving the journey are a subset or segment of the customers contained in the relay_network_data DE and MUST be linked to the Subscriber key. In the example below, the column “Member_ID” holds the ccid value for a customer to be messaged. In the send relationship, the relationship between “Member_ID” and Subscriber Key was set.
