The Relay Response Automation updates the mc_journey_name and mc_journey_version within the relay_response_log data extension. For all SFMC initiated messages, the client_message_tag value is set to the initiating SFMC Journey ID. Once data is pushed into the relay_response_log, this automation joins the client_message_tag from relay_response_log to an internal view to fill in SFMC Journey Name and Journey Version.
The automation, Relay_Response_Log_JourneyName_Automation, is included with the installation package. It must be scheduled to run prior to taking effect.
