The Custom Journey Builder Activity allows for integration into existing or new Journeys within SFMC Journey Builder. The Relay Custom Journey Builder Activity can be dragged and dropped on the canvas the same way as an email component. The activity allows the SFMC user to select a message, from a list of existing experiences within Relay’s CX Builder, to trigger to participants in the Journey.
