The Client Customer Identifier (CCID) serves as a crucial element in effectively identifying end-users and managing associated data within our SaaS platform. The following requirements outline the necessary specifications for integrating CCID seamlessly into your existing systems:
Unique End-User Identification: The CCID must serve as a unique identifier for each end-user within your ecosystem. This ensures precise tracking and management of individual user interactions and data.
Stability over Customer Lifecycle: The assigned CCID must remain consistent throughout the entire lifespan of the customer. This stability guarantees continuity in data tracking and reporting, enabling accurate analysis and insights over time.
Independence from Internal IDs: While the CCID serves as a distinct identifier, it is not required to align with your internal IDs. You have the flexibility to provide an alternate ID however, you are then required to maintain the mapping between the two.
Data Association: All reporting and event data generated will be explicitly associated with the provided CCID. This association ensures that all interactions and activities are accurately attributed to the corresponding end-user, facilitating comprehensive analysis and personalized experiences.
By adhering to these Relay CCID integration requirements, you can effectively leverage our SaaS platform to streamline user management, enhance data accuracy, and derive actionable insights to drive business growth and success.
