Overview
Relay offers a number of ways to deliver data to clients on a basis that suits their digital needs.
The out of the box .csv files are Relay’s standard set of flat files that can be delivered in the /dropoff/report folder as described in the SFTP Files section for clients to retrieve.
Additional methods of receiving the same data sets are also via the Relay APIs and Push Events.
There are some flexible options to the standard reports on which certain client roles can configure within the CX Builder tool.
These include:
Including/Excluding file columns.
Including/Excluding the file header row.
Choosing .csv or .txt files.
Choosing file delimiters such as comma (,), pipe, "(|), or other.
File delivery frequency. Daily, weekly, monthly depending on type of data.
