The Phone Management File format is used to add or remove phone numbers from/to Customers or Patients, identified by the ccid column.

Each row identifies a single ccid.

Property	Data Type	Length	Required	Description
ccid	string	100	Yes	The unique identifier of the Customer.
phone_number	string	10	Yes	The phone number associated with the Customer or Patient expressed only using numeric values.
action	string		Yes	Identifies the phone management action to take. Valid values are: add Add the phone number to the Customer or Patient identified by the ccid field. remove Remove the phone number from the Customer or Patient identified by the ccid field.
consent_type	string		No	Specifies the type of consent assigned to Customer's or Patient's phone number. Valid values are: written The phone number will have express written consent. express The phone number will have express consent. stop The phone number will have stop consent.
client_source	string		No	Identifies the secondary source where the event originated from. This value can be passed in during a phone add process by Client.
