Relay has purchased several generic domains that allow our clients to utilize personal brand recognition and still maintain Relay anonymity while using the personalized customer feed.
Domains to choose from:
clientbrand.yourcustomerfeed.com
clientbrand.member-feed.com
clientbrand.membersfeed.com
clientbrand.patientfeed.com
Once you choose your domain, think of a great word or combination of words to add to the “clientbrand” section of the URL. Relay will handle the rest!
Items to Note:
Relay only supports up to 3rd level domains such as “onetrustbank.customerfeed.com”
Relay works to set up both a Staging environment for client testing and Production environment for live data. Examples:
Production: onetrustbank.yourcustomerfeed.com
Staging: staging-onetrustbank.yourcustomerfeed.com
