Mapping Relay CXB Fields to LWC

This article explains where each of the Relay Message List LWC field values come from. Every message is created within the Relay CXB and is made available to the LWC.

The image below shows screen shots from both the Relay CXB and the Relay Salesforce LWC to show exactly where the field values come from.

• (1) This is the experience name. An experience is a group and contains one or more messages.

• (2) This is the message name that is presented in the LWC. The value comes from the trigger nickname in the CXB.

• (3) If notes are provide in the CXB, a small information (i) icon will appear to the right of the message name. Hovering your cursor over the information (i) icon will display a pop-up of the message notes. If notes are not provide, the information (i) icon will not be displayed.
